Compatible with the ArduPilot platform, which includes 3DR Solo connectivity via WiFi or Bluetooth Low Energy.

Quick Start Guide (Using a WiFi connection):
<ol>
<li>Power on the drone and connect via WiFi.</li>
<li>Launch the app and access settings. Choose between WiFi UDP, TCP, or 3DR Solo (for 3DR Solo usage).</li>
<li>In case of manual WiFi setup, navigate to WiFi Settings and input accurate IP address and port running the MAVLink protocol.</li>
<li>Return to the main screen and click the connect button in the top right corner. The app should start displaying drone information. If not, review your WiFi settings.</li>
<li>For further assistance, kindly engage with the SidePilot Facebook page.</li>
</ol>

Note: Prolonged use of GPS in the background may significantly reduce battery life.

Note: iPads lacking cellular connectivity do not have GPS functionality unless linked to an iOS Device with cellular capabilities. Even then, it might be inadequate for navigation modes like Follow Me.
